When I am viewing and printing gantt charts I often need a zoom level in between the default zoom levels available for gantt charts. Is it possible to incorporate more felxibility with how zoomed in or out a gantt chart is? Maybe a slider or number?
I'd like to show a sheet in the dashboard in both: 1. Grid view 2. Calendar view WHen I publish the link to put on the dashboard, it only one or the other. Please tell me there's a way to publish in multiple formats!
Print view looks terrible, especially when we have an embedded Calendar view widget it shows up blank. We have widgets: - Report - Shortcut link to sheet - Calendar view We would like to "back up" the dashboard view to PDF or image format and attach it for those that want to view offline (and back up in Dropbox).
Our company rolls out many Workspaces which reflect individual projects. We provide copies of project Sheets in a printed PDF format for our clients - the Sheets reside in each project Workspace. When printing, the Sheet name is included - via the checkbox (per attached). It's quite oversized. (I've attached an example…
Does anyone know if you can print and have the task name repeat on each page (I keep thinking about this print tiles option in Excel)? Right now my smart sheet prints to like 5 pages but you have to tape them all together to figure out what is what. Its very annoying.
Edit: I had used numbers as my column names which in turn populated my first row. When I view or print it, I only want to see the months associated with 2019 and 2020 and I don't want to see any months in 2021. How do I do this? I can't hide the…

I checked the problem URLs in SmartSheet in my report and they were accurate and took me to the correct web pages. Is this an outstanding problem or is…
Is there a way to print out the automated workflow I created so I can review it with my team on paper during the roll out?
I have a very nice dashboard created with lots of color separators to make it east to read. But when I print it, all the color goes away and the fields I created are not showing up. Why is that?
