Sorting Favorites
Hello - Is there a way to sort order of the items that appear in the Favorites section? I don't see the 'Pin to Top' option in Favorites and do not see a way to drag sheets to the top that I would like to appear first. Thanks!

User icons grey out
Hello, We've notice that about half our users no longer have their initials show up as part of their user icons, and instead these appear to be grey out. All of them are still active and we have not changed anything. Anybody else have this issue and a fix? Cheers, Atish
