As confirmed by Smartsheet Support, there isn't a direct way to export a list of all archived users; the only way to get this information is either by manually scrolling through the Archived section, or by deduction (names which do not appear in the exported people list). The existing 'People List' only includes 2 user…
Allow for set up of auto archiving in control center
I urgently need your help! My employer recently sold my division and I just found out that we will be removed from the original enterprise account as of March 1st. I've built a complex toolkit based on the PMO Office template and use Control Center and Dynamic View add-ons. This toolkit contains data that is subject to…
Hi everyone, What is the expected behaviour of users' assignments when a project is archived in RM ? I assumed assignments (especially current and future) would be removed or stopped counting towards the users allocation heatmap. Seems like this does not happen.
How do you go about archiving large data sets from sheets? I know you can create automations to move rows to another sheet but what happens when that sheet gets too large as well? I have thousands of entries that happen every day and I am trying to use data shuttle to offload the data but with offloads, it just replaces…
You can export the Smartsheet itself or copy rows including notes and attachments into a new Smartsheet but is there a way to export everything including attachments, so the output would be one file for text (excel) and another one for attachments (zip file)? Our attachments are key to each row and I can only export text.
Up until just recently (I guess it was a bug) we've been using multiple users in Control Center. And those other users were listed as 'Additional Leads'. They used to be able to run the archiving tools, but now they cannot. This request would be to allow more than just the 'Program Lead' to archive projects, and also allow…
Provide a way to bulk archive assets and automatically remove all sharing, deactivate workflows, etc. (similar to Control Center). Current method of manually removing sharing and deactivating workflows on thousands of sheets is too time consuming.
Hi! I would like to know if it's possible to take my sheets and export (including attachments) into a zip file so that I can save in Sharepoint? I found I can export using data shuttle (or just to excel) to put in Sharepoint, however, I cant figure out how to also download the attachments saved on the sheet without doing…
