Conditional formatting on linked date cells

Can a cell be linked to multiple rows simultaneously?
Hi, I want to link a cell value to multiple rows of another sheet. I tried copying the source cell, highlighting multiple cells in another sheet and tried Paste special - Link to copied cell. However it only assigns the value and links to the first cell alone !! Any help or direction is highly appreciated.

Thank You! Sights Image Feature
Thank you for yesterday's update allowing images to link to sights via Metrics and Sheet Data widgets. My staff and clients will appreciate it. Now it's time for me to build more Sights.
