Can a form prepopulate email from one field to another?

I would like to have a Smartsheet dashboard that includes multiple Outlook calendars. I tried to use the Outlook share link and Smartsheet gives me an error, saying "We couldn't fins any embeddable content from this link." Suspicious E-mail From Automation
I set up and tested a workflow to notify me when a cell value changes. The notification showed up in my suspicious email filter (See snapshot below). What concerns me is it says Robin Curtis via Smartsheet and I do not recognize this person. Have any of you experienced such?
