Hi All Good day to you. Is there a better way to auto email form (bi-monthly basis) to a user outside our organisation? Email Validation in Forms
Can we validate if the entered email address is valid in Smartsheet forms? I used the contact column hoping it will validate in the content entered is an email address but no luck. Is there any other way?

Issues with alerts - not sending 'right away'
I created alerts to be sent 'right away'. However, we are receiving them via email several hours later - sometimes 12 hours later. I confirmed that I checked 'email' in my notification settings. Can you please help me figure out why there is a delay?

Can automated messages not include the owner's name on the email?
