I'd like to take an RSS feed and have it populate rows in a SmartSheet document. Is there a way to consume external data so it is automaticly added to my documents?

Dropbox and Desktop Version (Chrome App)

Using the Sheet data widget on Sights
Hi I noticed that the above widget says that I can copy a range of cells but I haven't figured out how to select multiple cells in a row (not next to each other) and also how to put multiple rows (not next to each other). Is this possible?
