Data Collection for Upcoming 12 month.
Is there any way in Smartsheet form where the users will be adding data for upcoming twelve months ? For Example, current month is may- 2024 and I want them to add data for June-2024 to May-2025. So, in the next month the field should be automatically update to July-2024 to June-2025.

Columns (fields) not available when creating a form
I am creating a form from a sheet but not all the columns in my sheet are available to me in the form. I've tried making a copy of the sheet and creating new forms but I still only get a subset of my columns. What could be causing that? Thanks much, Andrea
