We find ourselves needing to send a report on a recurring basis on the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month. However, when there is a 5th Friday, we'd like to have the report sent then, as well. Template of % of Job Duties assigned, not based on "completed".
Is there a template I can enter staff's job duties to calculate the % of time? Example: Parent would be Office with child of "accounts payable", "mail", "conferences". I would like to enter the % of each child and then have parent be 100%. There would not be a "Completed" % column nor start/end date columns. Thanks.

when adding a new event to construction spreadsheet start date will not change
