Checklist Report
Hello,
In my smartsheet, I have something of a checklist with all checklist items on a new row. Each item is accompanied by about 5+ columns for "Checklist Item" "Complete?" "Due Date" "Close Date" "Notes" and so on. The checklist is to be duplicated for each new program we launch and contains 124 checklist items.
Since we can manage over 50 launch programs, it would be convenient to have a feature to combine all of my program checklists into one master sheet, with the same columns repeating for each program. This would help us avoid opening 50+ different sheets every day.
My idea is that you could simply condense each program into a single column when you're not viewing it, then expand the program in the same fashion.
This seems to be a common issue with others who manage tollgates and checklists in smartsheets and use the control center or have multiple duplicate checklists for multiple programs.

Desktop App - Group Tabs
I'm loving the Desktop App, however, it really needs the ability to group tabs or otherwise keep all my tabs organized. Please add this functionality!
Re: Copying Workflows between Sheets
Along with being able to copy entire workflows between sheets, it would be beneficial to be able to copy one condition path within a workflow to create another. Often the subsequent conditions are based on similar conditions with small modifications; being able to start from the existing base could eliminate 50 - 75% of the effort to create subsequent paths.

Re: Copying Workflows between Sheets
we provision from an enterprise template so this would be huge for us - each project plan could get the workflows we've worked out for our team that are not part of the template.

✨ Smartsheet ENGAGE 2023 delivers style, efficiency, and scale
We’ve been sharing updates from ENGAGE and we couldn’t be more excited to share some of the innovations unveiled during the keynote. Get the complete list by visiting the recent blog post by Ben Canning, SVP of Product Management.
Here are some highlights on the innovations that will help you better plan, do, and scale your work.
Plan the work:
We’re bringing Resource Management to everyone! Project managers will be able to quickly identify who is working on what, address over-allocations, and make informed staffing decisions all directly in their project sheets. (Coming soon to our Early Adopter Program)
We’re introducing a new timeline view and are working to reimagine grid and card view for release early next year — all to bring you a super-fast and delightful experience.
We’re also introducing new functionality to help creators build a useful solution quickly and for team members to more easily navigate and accomplish their work with the introduction of a new template experience, new solution panel, and soon-to-follow AI-based solutions creation to help tailor a solution to your needs. Learn more about the enhancements that will help you better plan the work.
Do the work:
Now I’m especially excited to share with you all the advancements we’re rolling out to help you work more efficiently with the use of Generative AI. You’ll be able to better analyze data, get help with an AI-powered help assistant that’ll provide you with steps to optimize your solution or even debug a formula, translate and summarize data in your sheet, generate formulas with the help of the new AI-powered formula builder, and more. Learn more about the enhancements that will help you do the work.
Scale the work:
Last but not least we’re also introducing enhancements to help you scale your work. In fact, in 2024, each sheet will support 5 million sheet links (up 250x) per sheet. No matter how many formulas or links you have, you’ll experience sheets opening and responding to edits faster than ever before.
We’re also increasing our support of individual portfolios to 20,000 projects per portfolio. Last month, we scaled Control Center support to 5,000 projects per portfolio — that's up 5x from the beginning of the year. In January, Control Center will support 20,000 projects — that's 20x the capacity for your teams to run more and better projects. Learn more about the enhancements that will help you scale the work.

Some of you may have noticed a new function in our Functions List last week…
Introducing the TIME Function!
This returns the time of day in 12- or 24-hour format from a given set of values.
Syntax

- time_value — The value to create time with. Must be provided as a string or numbers representing hours, minutes, and seconds.
- format —[optional] Specifies whether the time is displayed using a 12-hour (0) or 24-hour (1) clock.
- precision —[optional] Requires format to be set first. Specifies the interval of time to return in either hh (1), hh:mm (2), or hh:mm:ss (3).
Example
Please see the function article for more detail and examples of how to use it effectively, and feel free to post your own solutions using TIME() in the comments below.

Re: WorkApps: ADMIN/Editor role
Currently, WorkApps only allows for the owner to edit. This is a huge problem when requests for assistance/troubleshooting a problem come in.
Please update WorkApps so that additional admins can be added.
Thank you,
Meg Y
Re: WorkApps: ADMIN/Editor role
Currently, we can only have one Owner for a WorkApp, which limits who can change/edit/manage a WorkApp.
We should have the ability to add multiple owners/admin to a WorkApp.
