Trying to Hyperlink an Email address

Hi, I have set some alerts to remind of upcoming service dates. Is there a way to set up "Do not remind if.." ? For example, I would like the items that have a column box ticked to not be included in the reminder. Cheers, Ben

Hi, I would very much have liked to remove text from the gannt view before exporting the gannt as a picture. I cannot find this function - is it not possible?
