Conversations in Dashboard

Hi All,

I am looking to link an existing row conversation to a dashboard. My team uses rows on a sheet to log every project, and conversations to keep a kind of thread going for that specific project's progress. Each row has its own dashboard to display metrics etc. We want the conversation to show up on the dashboard so we can see whats going on at a high level. How can I accomplish this?

"Conversations in Dashboard" is an excellent idea.😀

One way to accomplish the idea is to use Smartsheet's latest comment column feature.

1. When someone adds a comment, the comment goes to the latest comment column.
2. Workflow automation copy the row with the newest conversation to another sheet.
3. With a report, you can filter only a task's conversations. (task 1 in the example DB)
4. A report widget shows in the dashboard the latest conversations report on a specific task.
