Edit destination sheet when changes are made to a source sheet

My organization has multiple divisions working on several projects, so each division has their own project management sheet to track project timelines, tasks, budget, etc. I was hoping to have each division's sheet automatically update into a larger organization-wide project management sheet so our executive leadership can easily view the status of all projects in one place. I tried an automation to copy rows from the source sheet (each division's sheet) to the destination sheet (the org-wide sheet), but this resulted in duplicate rows for projects (because edits to an existing row in the source sheet create a new row in the destination sheet instead of editing the existing row). I included an attachment that better demonstrates what I mean. I would love to see an automation to edit matching rows in a destination sheet! Maybe with a unique identifier (like a project ID number) to ensure it lines up?
