if it's possible to allow one editor only can edit a certain rows in my sheets by permission setting

My sheet has several editors and each of them are responsible to maintain infomation of different rows. How to set permission so that they can only edit their own rows and cannot touch other editors' row in one sheet?

You would need to use either one of the Premium Apps, WorkApps, or Dynamic View.
