Ownership of DataMesh and DataShuttle Processes

Hey There -

I have a number of DataMesh/DataShuttle processes that I've setup, and realizing that our team does not have access to them b/c it's under my account. I assume others have run into this problem in the past, interested in how others have handled this situation? Is there a delegation feature of sorts?

Hi Mike, you can turn on/off their access to DM and DS in user management.

@Ryan Sides thank you. It looks like that gives them access to one of those (if I'm understanding correctly), but what I was wondering was if I could share/transfer access to DM/DS so it's just not under my user account.

If I’m understanding correctly, you’d turn it on for them, then they would have access to it. You could then turn it off for you.

I may be missing your ask though.

@Mike Rini Unfortunately, Data Shuttle and DataMesh do not currently have the ability to share workflows. You can vote on this Product Idea for Data Shuttle (and the one for DataMesh). Data Shuttle did just release the ability for other system admins to gain some level of access to other people's workflows.
