Data Shuttle - Admin Workflow

It's great that you've rolled out the ability to see workflows across the organization. Unfortunately, the only option available for workflows that the Admin does not own is to disable or archive the workflow. We need an option to either be able to edit the workflows of other users, or to be able to transfer ownership of the workflow.. This is especially important for workflows created by users that have been deleted from the system. At a minimum, we should be able to see the details of the workflow so we can replicate if necessary.
