Copying cell links

Hi all,
Is it possible that cell links can be copied into another cell or another sheet? Would be great if they could be.
In our business we have workplans which have lines detailing "business opportunities". A number of these opportunities may be consolidated and worked on collectively under one project plan. To update the opportunity status on the workplan, we link each opportunity to various cells on the project plan so all reports update in real time. This often means we have to link the same cells repeatedly across multiple opportunities which can be quite time consuming. It would be great if we could copy the cell link down to other cells on the same sheet.
Thanks,
Sharon

You can't copy a cell link, but you can copy a formula with a cross sheet reference.
=INDEX({Reference To Cell}, 1)

Brilliant - works perfectly. Thanks so much :)

Would this workaround work if the sheet you are referencing in the formula is created via control center? (one Toolkit item referencing another toolkit item). Thank you!

Yes as long as the sheet with the formula is also part of the control center template.
