Notification options for sheet contributors

I would like to request that Smartsheet add the option to follow specific columns, rows, or proofs.

Our team uses the rows to assign projects. It would be extremely helpful to get notified every time a specified row is updated as information is edited or added.

It also would be extremely helpful to follow a proof I am collaborating on and get notifications for all of the comments made in the proof. Especially when it is a proof I submitted.
