Docusign Integration fields not consistently populating
When I send a generated e-sign document to myself, who is the administrator on the docusign account, all the Smartsheet mappings are working correctly (all the fields are transferred and displayed in the generated document). When I send the documents to anyone else, the fields are blank.
I am at a loss!
