Hiya! Iโm Genevieve, the Community Manager from the Support side of the house. I love all things Smartsheetโฆespecially formulas!
You may have seen me sometimes hop in to answer questions but I also help from behind the scenes, ensuring your posts are in the right category or posted as the right type (Idea vs. Question vs. Discussion).
A few things about me:
- I jumped at writing this newsletter because July is my favourite monthโฆit was my 30th birthday this Monday!
- I don't like birthday cake ๏ปฟ๐ฐ๏ปฟ (I know, I'm a strange one) but I love brownies so we made a Birthday Brownie instead.
- I'm ๐จ๐ฆ Canadian but I live in the south of ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ England, a stone's throw from the beach.ย
- I started in the Community my first month at Smartsheet, over 4 years ago now, and have loved it ever since. You all are my heroes.ย

@Genevieve P., I'm exposing your alternate identity, which is a wizard with secret data ninja skills. I'm sorry -- the world has to know. Happy belated birthday! We make it over to Cambridge and Norwich every couple of years to visit family and friends. As we're from rainy Seattle, it feels exactly the same over there. We often wonder if we've left.

I'm so glad to hear that my responses have been helpful. I have yet to receive my letter to go to Hogwarts so my wizard status is under review. ๐ฆ๐งโโ๏ธ
