Platform/ account name for autoemails

How do I change the name that is tied to our account and listed on automation smartsheet emails? I have automations set up to alert people in our company, but instead of the email looking like it is coming from me, it looks like one our IT guys sent it and they are reaching out to him with updates.

In our account settings I switched our main contact from his name to myself but that did not seem to change anything.

    The email address in From will be the sheet owner. So an option is to use a service account (a company account, not a person) that can own the sheets.
