Send Emails to the Comments section of Dynamic View

I am trying to create a log of the actions taken with on a row. We are using the "@teammember" feature to send email updates to individuals out of the Dynamic View comments section. It was asked whether there is a possibility to link this in reverse and forward an email from an external source (supplier) back to a row?

i.e. we receive an email quote from a supplier that needs to go to row 10 (supplier row). We want to forward the received email to the sheet and row.
