Custom Jira Field Only One Directional (Grayed Out)

I've created a bi-directional Jira Connector, however one of my custom Jira fields Smartsheet is only showing as one-direction from Jira (Jira -> Smartsheet) where it used to be available in all contexts (Smartsheet -> Jira). It's now grayed out and cannot be changed.

What could be the reason for this?

What's the field type in JIRA?

Also, try changing the column type in Smartsheet to Text/Number instead of Picklist

@Ramzi you were correct. Had to do with Smartsheet column type / Jira field type misalignment. Thanks!
