Smartsheet Update Request Automation to Alias Email Address

We are running a automation for an update request to a number of email addresses and it runs fine with the exception of two which happen to be alias email addresses. Has anyone had this issue with them not running and know how to fix it? We after the automation didn't run we ran the update request manually and it ran as intended.

If the notifications are being received the in the App (bell icon on the left hand-side) but not via email, the issue is likely due to spam blocking or settings. Please review this Help Article for some of troubleshooting steps to help resolve this Issue: Email Not Received from Smartsheet.
