Issue: For a Project-based timesheet approval flow it is necessary to add the team members to a project. A Project Owner needs to add someone to the project first to be able to see their time submission. Booking someone for a project for the first time, would make this person a team member. However, RM isn't handling this as such.
Suggested solution: The idea is to automatically add someone to the Project's team member list when someone gets booked for that project. This is more efficient, eliminates potential human failure (Project owner doesn't need to manually add each Team member) and eliminates the chance for missing out on hours submitted.
