"Has any of" filter issue

Hello. I am trying to create a filter in CalendarApp on a multiselect field. However, when I click in the box to select a value, I only see [blank] and not my list of Regions. Any idea why and how to fix it? Thanks!!!

Never mind. There was an issue with the report behind the Calendar. Thanks.
