Dynamic view updates are not displaying in my dashboard report, how to fix?

We use a dashboard to display different reports for tracking program progress. I have my current dashboard set up to display a report that pulls from a grid. When the user clicks on the report display, it opens the dynamic view of the grid, where they can make updates using the panel.

The updates to the dynamic view are showing up in the grid, but they are not showing up in my dashboard report.

I've rechecked all my connections and references, and all are good. I also tried refreshing all the pages, logging out of Smartsheet then back in, and the report will still not display the dynamically entered data. Anyone else experience this or know how to fix it?
