How do you set up a project timeline to work around set meeting dates?
I am putting together a sheet / gantt chart for a project. My project needs to be approved by several committees as it progresses through various stages.
These committees have fixed meeting dates that are scheduled out a year in advance and only happen once per month. Is there a way to program the currently scheduled meeting dates into my dependencies, and update my timeline accordingly if progress is pushed back? For example, if we miss a deadline by 1 or 2 days, it could result in a month long lag as we need to wait for our next scheduled committee meeting the following month.
If I have a row for this task, and a row for the committee meeting (set as a 0 duration milestone), I want to be able to update the end date of a task, and have my committee meeting row automatically update with the next available meeting date.
Is this possible?
Thank you for any assistance!

Have taken a look at the lag/leed time or the different dependency types like: FS,
SS etc.
