Resource report gantt chart
Hello! I need to create a report to visualize resource utilization per project over time, similar to this: https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/76598/how-do-you-track-parallel-projects-and-show-overlapping-resources
Some important context:
- I do not have access to resource management or resource settings.
- All of my project timelines live in one sheet, and I do not have the ability to separate them into separate sheets.
After following the directions in the discussion linked above, I have not been able to get the report to look as sleek as simple as the example shown. I've attached a screenshot of my report (with some sensitive data removed) for reference. My goal is to have this report look just as compact and streamlined as in the example discussion.
I'm open to alternative methods of visualizing this data - this is just what I've found online that seems to work.
Thanks in advance!

It looks like you have two groupings, one by Assigned To and another level by Parent. Is there a reason you need to group by Parent? If you remove that Parent grouping, does that look better?
