How do I fix this workflow delivery error?
Hello,
I have been receiving numerous emails about Workflow Delivery Alerts which say that some of the email addresses inside cells are currently not being notified and if I want them to receive notifications, either A) share the sheet with them or B) change my automation permissions. It only relates to automations where the action is to alert someone in a specific cell.
I cannot share the sheet with them as it contains information I do not want to share, but my automation permission is already on unrestricted. Why am I getting this error?
Some context:
- The only thing in the cells being used to contact are email addresses.
- The column format is contact. This is the only way I could target automation for specific rows.
- Everything looks fine with the cells and the emails are added in the contact list.

Hello, have you checked that the emails are valid (ex. typo or someone who has left the company)?

Yes. The emails were delivering fine previously. I did make some sheet changes, but no changes to the columns with the contacts.
