Is it possible to use the "request an approval" automation without "send me a copy of responses"?
Hello,
We are developing an outward-facing sheet that will be used by external clients. We need them to select Yes or No on a question provided.
The issue we're having is related to the "send me a copy of my responses" option at the bottom of the approval. The external clients are able to select that, and then receive an email with a link to the sheet used internally.
This is a huge issue that we found while we're at the goal-line and ready to finalize the process. Is there anything that can be done to remove that option, similar to the forms?

@GDHernandez I am confused about that... I believe you are receiving that email since you are getting notified on all changes. The only thing a person gets when they say send me a copy of the response is what they "originally" inputted.

Apologies if I wasn't clear before. The image I inserted in my original email was a "test" I did with both my associated Smartsheet email and my personal email. This is for the workflow "Request an Approval". Regardless of how I try to customize it, there is no option to remove the link. Thank you!

@GDHernandez Huh, that seems weird. All my request approval ones just have a big blue box that says open request, or something like that, and the fields you want displayed. Can you screen shot your automations?

@GDHernandez my company is facing the same challenge as yours - approval requests go out to external users, which allow to "send me a copy of my responses" when approving. Then external users will receive an email with a link to the sheet used internally. On top of that, the email is busy and confusing to the external users who may not have the full context to our business case.
