Helper sheet no longer populating

We have a helper sheet that absorbs certain orders, entered by a form, to fill another sheet. It is no longer populating.
The only thing I know has changed is that some column names on the main sheet had been altered in order to set up an automation for a totally different sheet. Nothing else appears to have changed.
Would this cause the helper lines to not populate at all? Like nothing is coming through. Not even in the columns that didn't have their names changed.

A lot of times this is caused by somebody accidentally creating a 2nd auto-number column, which destroys the initial auto number column, and in return stops data from populating based on ID.
