I am trying to create something like this. How do I do so? do I need to create a sheet or a report?

You need a sheet with the underlying data. If the data is multiple records that need to add up, you will need to create some formulas to get the totals. You will likely do that in another sheet with some cross-sheet formulas to sum the underlying records.
