We have a dashboard we created and I would love to swap out the current chart to have one that will allow you to toggle from year to year. If I try to edit and choose a new chart - there's only a few widgets which allows the design or look, not the function of being able to choose a field to be prominent like 2022 vs. 2023.
Any suggestions?

What you want to solve is generally called "Dynamic Filter on Dashboards," and the feature is not currently natively available.
I have created a workaround solution, first using form input to change the filter category and values, adding, using those, and checking or unchecking the filter checkbox in the base sheet of the reports. Then, the report uses the filter to filter the rows.
For example, in the image below, at the Selector, I opened the Ethnicity link and, using the form, changed the value to Latino. With that, a report gathers only Ethnicity = Latio rows, and chart widgets create charts for those rows.
