Data Shuttle Problem- No column header options
I'm trying to use data shuttle to link an excel file to a smartsheet file. The header columns on my smartsheet match with the header columns on my excel file. However, when I go to create the mapping, I don't see an option for my column header names from the excel file, it only shows: "Version".
Additionally, if I deselect the column header option it only shows me options to map two of my columns, but not all of them.
I have no idea where it's pulling version from. These are the column headers on the Excel Sheet:
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

Hey @acondie,
Hope all is well with you!
Do you have the "This file has column headers" box checked in the source file?
-
Yes! I have that box checked but all the comes up is this:
My header names still don't show up

@acondie Can you post a screenshot of the spreadsheet headers? Does the Excel workbook have multiple tabs?
-
Was able to fix it by changing the tab to "2". Thanks for your help!
