Data Shuttle Only Deleting Rows

Hello,

When running an upload workflow earlier today one of my workflows only deleted rows and did not add any new ones. I had to rerun the workflow in order to get the sheet populated with data. This caused an issue as there is a pivot ran on the sheet and as there was no data it reset all of the manually input data into the sheet. Does anyone know why this may have occurred?

Based on a number of similar reports, we conducted an investigation and implemented a fix for Data Shuttle workflows intermittently syncing. This should now be resolved. Here is the incident report:

Hi @Nick Sor

I see you have a filter set up as part of your Data Shuttle configuration. Is it possible that the 1730 rows you wanted to have imported were originally filtered out?

If you made no changes to the file at all but are seeing incorrect Data Shuttle workflow runs, please contact Support with full screen captures of the workflow, the run log, the destination sheet, and an attached version of the file you're using.

I have the same issue. Data Shuttle only deleted rows but did not yet add new rows to the destination sheet. It has occurred on configuration since last week. I have rerun manually after the scheduled.
