Would be very helpful to create a formula range from a report, and not just from a sheet. This is helpful to pull in data that is organized in a different way in reports vs sheets.

Selected User Filter
Like the Current User filter, but with a drop down where you could select different team members within a dashboard to update the dashboard as a whole based on the selection without updating all of the individual reports that are filtered by "Current User." Would be awesome for management.
