User Management removing someone from plan improvement request

When you remove a user from your company enterprise plan it would be fantastic if that would trigger the option to remove them from groups they are in and shared to items all in simultaneous steps. Our IT team removes them from plan however they are not checking the other options and it creates more cleanup now for group admins etc.
