I have setup the PMO workspace and use it for onboarding our primary product. I have an Intake Form which links to or from Metadata and Project Plan sheets. Links are working properly.
I have been asked to setup the same for a secondary product which my team onboards. The tasks (project plan) are entirely different. I'm looking for the best way to add the new product projects and hopefully have it rollup with the primary product to the portfolio level. Is it possible to use the workspace/templates/intake, etc.? If I need to create a whole different PMO workspace, what is the best way to tie the portfolio dashboard data together.
