Forms Accessibility - background color behind text

Currently, changing the "Background Color" in a Form only changes the frame around the actual form that contains the fields. To make forms more accessible for Dyslexia, please add the ability to change every form's default white background to another color so that the actual text of the form is more legible to everyone. For example, allowing cream, light gray, or pale peach. These backgrounds, combined with black or dark blue text, are better for dyslexic readers.
