I'm using workapps to provide a form, Dynamic view and a dashboard. The user is able to open the dynamic view and see the dashboard, but when they try an open the form it says "You don't have access to this form and to contact the owner". I'm the owner and I'm able to open the form under their access. Is this a Smartsheet glitch?

I have a few follow-up questions!

1. Is the user using Browser, Mobile, or Desktop?
2. Can you supply a screenshot of your WorkAPP?
   1. Looking to see roles and pages
3. If you give the user the Direct Form link, I am assuming it works?
