Emojis or RYG in Document Builder?

Has anyone figured out a way to add emojis or RYG indicators to a pdf in Doc Builder?

I'm trying to print my RYG to a pdf.

The standard Symbols column just prints the words "Yellow", etc.

When I add an emoji to the cell in a text column, it doesn't print the emoji on the pdf.
