Why Portfolio Summary Sheet displaying duplicate rows?

I created a blueprint in Control Center and all was working fine until I updated some columns (adding more values for drop-down list and changing a column to a formula column) in the intake sheet. I think I must of done something that messed up the blueprint because now new provision projects are showing up twice on the portfolio summary sheet. Help?

When you updated the blueprint, did you make changes to the summary tab by chance? If you would like to jump on a call to review your blueprint let me know!
