Why does the entire sheet copy instead of just row?
I have set up an aumoted work flow- so that only rows check for at risk will get copied into another sheet. Instead the entire sheet is getting copied there. How do i restrict to rows only?

Hi @Z_L , I'm wondering if this is a level/hierarchy issue for you…
do you have parent level rows that are getting the "at risk" column checked and therefore the automation is copying that row (and all its children rows)? I have not tested this, but perhaps if that is the case, you could have a level column…use the formula =COUNT(ANSCESTOR()) for this…and then have that help you filter out the parent rows if you don't need them in your second target sheet.
