Dynamic View not allowing access

I have tried the following:

1. Adding the “abc.com” domain name
2. Directly adding the user to the shared email list
3. Adding the user to the share if their name is in a field feature.

Are there any directions on how to properly set this up for use? Am I doing something wrong or is there something odd going on with the system at the moment?

@Rich N are you trying to share outside of your domain? Perhaps they have to be added as users to your account.
