Deleting or Deactivating Request emails
Hello,
I have an automation where it send a request email automatically and it resends the same email 2 more times both request emails. I do it this way as a reminder and don't have to ask them to search their emails. Is there a way to automatically delete or deactivate the old request emails? I know I can manually do it but want to automate it if possible.

There's no way for Smartsheet to change something in your email. Could you set up a condition in your 2nd and 3rd automation that only sends it if the information you need hasn't been provided yet?
Depending on your email, you may also be able to set up a rule something along the lines like, if the email comes from email X with subject line Y, delete after Z days…?
