We currently cannot share our contact list with other users. This is very cumbersome for our company. We use Smartsheet to create a punch list for our vendors. We need multiple users from our organization to enter in punch lists for peoples, however, since I cannot share my contact list with my colleagues, we end up having to enter each contact in multiple times for each vendor. This becomes time consuming and get aggravating very quickly. There should be a simple way to share my contacts.
Also, it would be helpful if it was easier to view my entire contact list more easily and in alphabetical order.
