Transfer of Ownership of Pivot not working

Hi, I am trying to transfer pivots that I created - yet it is giving me a response . I have transferred ownership of the source sheet already to the person I am trying to transfer the pivots to. Is there any work around to this?

@JDSpec13 Hi!

I had the same issue. The desired new owner is already an Admin for the whole workspace and has been for over a year. But I couldn't transfer the pivots to him. He has access but never logged in. Once he logged in, I was able to do a transfer.
