Data Shuttle - Delay in adding line to Target sheet

I have experienced a line of data that was submitted on 8/07/2023 show up on the target sheet on 5/24/2024.

I am looking in to see if anyone else has experienced this and what could be causing this delay in the line being added to a target sheet. I have seen others in the past add to target sheet within 24 hours, but this is the first I have seen with this long of time in between.

Line was submitted via excel with 1 line only

Attached to and submitted via a form

Data Shuttle is being triggered by attachment

I've encountered the same issue. The Excel file on my local computer syncs with the Excel file on OneDrive, which serves as a data source for Data Shuttle. If there's a problem with this syncing, such as an internet connection issue or being logged out of OneDrive, the Excel file on OneDrive remains unchanged, resulting in no updates to the target sheet.
