This is a standalone of a request I've seen pieces of in other threads. I would like to see URL's that are included in the message of an Update Request be clickable when the Update Request has been opened.
As it is, the email notifying the user of an update request has a clickable URL hyperlink, but when they open the request and are directed to the Update Request in their browser, it displays in plain text. From this point, the user will need to identify the link in the block of the message (with no rich text formatting options), copy it correctly, open a new tab/window, paste the link, and then go to the desired page.
It seems this would be easy to do since, again, the email directing the user to the Update Request browser page already uses hyperlink functionality. It just needs to be applied to the Update Request form itself.
I would like to second this feature request. It seems like it should be very low-hanging fruit and would greatly improve the user experience (and open up other opportunities/use cases).
